At Real Results 4 Real People, we're passionate about getting all our clients more active. We are here to kick away all your excuses and prove that EVERYONE has time to work out and EVERYONE of every ability can, and SHOULD get regular exercise.

Whether you're pretty unfit or a regular exerciser, we can help you.  The last few years have seen us develop our love for working out from a hobby into part of our daily life, Mike has even qualified as a Personal Trainer and Metafit Coach!

The videos below are ALL suitable for an in-home workout, so even if you HATE the gym, you can join in with us to get more active, get fitter and boost that metabolism!!

Suspension Cable Workout

If you have a suspension cable, try this short in-home (or in-hotel) workout. If you don't have a suspension cable, they're a great piece of kit for a strength & core workout virtually anywhere.  They can be purchased from sports shops or places like Argos and eBay for as little as £30
