Clean Chocolate Cheesecake

This one tastes SO indulgent, you'll swear it is bad for you. It's not, it's super healthy! It's packed with highly nutritious food, it just pretends to be bad for you!

Ingredients

For the base:

1 Cup of Pecans
Half Cup of Almonds
2.5 Cups of Dates (remove stones)
2 Tablespoons of Raw Cacao

For the Cheesecake Layer

3 Avocados
1 Banana
1 Cup of Dates (remove stones)
3 Tablespoons Pure Organic Maple Syrup
2.5 Heaped Tablespoons of Raw Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter
Method

Remove the stones from the dates and place all the ingredients for the base into a food processor
Blend for 2-3 minutes until the mixture becomes nice and sticky but still has nutty pieces to provide a bit of crunch!
Place this mixture into a deep baking tray and press down firmly with a spatula. Pop it into the fridge whilst you make the cheesecake layer.
Place all the ingredients for the cheesecake layer into a food processor and blend until a really creamy, custardy consistency. This should take around 5 minutes.
Pour this mixture over the base and place the whole thing in the freezer for an hour or so.
Transfer into the fridge until ready to serve. A few hours, or ideally overnight
